Dear PCA program stakeholders,
The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services is pleased to announce that it has partnered with 1199SEIU to distribute free at-home COVID-19 rapid antigen tests to Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) in the MassHealth PCA program.
We are writing to make you aware that 1199SEIU will receive tests from the Commonwealth this week and will then distribute the tests both through in-person sites as well as by mail. PCAs will be able to request up to 12 free At-Home COVID tests.

At-home COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits are fast, easy, and convenient. For PCAs, they are also an important tool to help protect the health and safety of Consumer-employers.
