Tempus Unlimited Fiscal Intermediary New Beginning. MA Transition – Tempus Unlimited
EOHHS recently announced that they have selected Tempus Unlimited as the sole Fiscal
Intermediary for the PCA and MFP Self-Directed Waiver programs, beginning on January 1,
2022. This announcement represents another big change, and Tempus is doing everything possible to
ensure a smooth transition.

Due to an extremely high volume of calls, wait times for Tempus Unlimited customer service are much longer than normal. To try and reduce call wait times Tempus Unlimited is asking that PCAs refrain from calling to ask about the status of their FI transition paperwork. In the meantime, PCAs will continue to be paid, even if their transition paperwork has not been received.
