Because the Center for Living & Working (CLW) takes its direction from persons with disabilities, and is federally recognized as the central Massachusetts region Independent Living Center, at least 51% of the Board of Directors, as well as our staff, are people with disabiliities. 

Our Board represents the varied interests of the central Massachusetts community--diverse in disability, race, background and occupation.
